Because every UNIXSTOCK item is personalized and made to order, it is not sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped. That is what makes each gift unique, but it also means timing matters at Christmas. Here is how the process works and when we recommend ordering.
How long does a personalized gift take?
The total delivery time is production time + shipping time:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend start production on the next business day.
Recommended Christmas order dates
- United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom: order by 1 December.
- Other international destinations: order by 20 November.
From November to December, carriers handle far more parcels than usual and delivery can take longer than the times above. Orders placed after these dates are still produced and shipped as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Tips for a smooth Christmas order
- Check the preview carefully. Each item is printed exactly as you enter it, so review the spelling of every name and date before you pay.
- Need to change something? Email support@unixstock.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will update your order if production has not started. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
- Double-check the shipping address, including apartment numbers, especially if the gift goes straight to the recipient.
- Ordering several items? They may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost.
- Track your parcel. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number that you can follow on our Track your order page.
Shipping costs
Standard Shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom costs $8.89 and is free on orders of $125 or more. Economy International shipping to other countries costs $13.99. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the United States are paid by the recipient.
If something goes wrong
If your gift arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
