"You" and "your" means you as a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected under this Privacy Policy.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page, update the "Last updated" date, and take any further steps required by law.
What personal information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details such as your name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email address.
- Order information such as your order contents, payment confirmation, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number.
- Personalization content — the names, dates, messages and photographs you upload or type in so that we can produce your customized product.
- Account information such as your username, password and other information used for account security.
- Customer support information — anything you choose to include when you contact us, including photos of an item you report as faulty.
Information we collect automatically
When you use the Services we may collect usage data through cookies, pixels and similar technologies: device and browser information, network and IP address information, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site and our emails.
Information we receive from third parties
- Shopify, which hosts our store and provides our e-commerce platform.
- Payment processors, who handle your payment details in order to process your order. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Production and shipping partners who fulfil and deliver your order.
- Advertising, analytics and review providers, such as Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, Klaviyo and Judge.me, subject to your cookie choices.
How we use your personal information
- Providing products and services — to process payments, produce and personalize your item, fulfil and ship your order, send order and delivery notifications, manage your account, and handle returns, replacements and refunds. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- Customer support and service improvement — to answer your questions and improve our products and the Site. This is in our legitimate interests.
- Marketing and advertising — to send marketing emails you have subscribed to, and to show you relevant advertising. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Where required by law we ask for your consent first.
- Reviews — to invite you, after a purchase, to review the product you bought.
- Security and fraud prevention — to detect, investigate and act on fraudulent, unlawful or malicious activity, in our legitimate interests and to comply with the law.
- Legal compliance — to keep tax and transaction records and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Personalization files and photographs
Photos and text you upload are used only to produce your order and to handle any related support or reprint request. We do not sell them, and we do not use a customer's uploaded photograph in our advertising or on our product pages unless you have given us explicit permission. Personalization files are retained while your order may still be reprinted or disputed, and are then deleted from our production systems.
Cookies
Like most websites, we use cookies to operate and improve the Site (for example to remember your cart and preferences), to measure traffic, and — where you allow it — to personalize advertising. For information about the cookies used to power our store with Shopify, see shopify.com/legal/cookies.
Most browsers accept cookies by default, and you can remove or reject them through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may cause parts of the Services to work incorrectly. Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How we disclose personal information
We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- With vendors and service providers who work on our behalf, such as our e-commerce platform, payment processors, printing and fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, email and support tools, analytics and cloud storage providers.
- With advertising and marketing partners, subject to your cookie and consent choices. Those partners use your information in line with their own privacy notices.
- When you ask us to, or direct us to share information with a third party.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition or insolvency.
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from authorities, enforce our terms, or protect our rights and the rights of our users.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Where "sale" or "sharing" is defined broadly under US state privacy laws to include advertising-related disclosures, you can opt out as described below.
Third-party websites and links
Our Site may link to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before using them.
Children's data
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and retention
Our Site, including checkout, is protected with SSL (HTTPS) encryption, and payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep your information depends on why we hold it: order and transaction records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law; account and marketing data are kept until you ask us to delete them or your account is closed; support correspondence is kept while it may still be needed to resolve a dispute.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute and may not apply in every case.
- Access / know — ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you and how we use and share it.
- Delete — ask us to delete personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Portability — ask us to transfer your information to a third party where technically feasible.
- Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising — ask us not to use your information for targeted advertising. If you visit our Site with the Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we treat this as an opt-out request for that browser and device.
- Restriction of processing and objection — ask us to stop or limit certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
- Manage communications — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We may still send you service messages about your orders.
- Appeal — if we decline your request, you may reply to our decision to ask us to reconsider.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@unixstock.com. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming details of a recent order, before we respond. You may use an authorised agent, and we will ask for proof of their authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EEA, a list of supervisory authorities is available on the European Data Protection Board website.
International transfers
We may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country where you live, including in the United States and China, where our production and service partners operate. Where we transfer personal information out of the United Kingdom or the EEA, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the destination country has been recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.
