Payment Policy

This policy explains how payments are handled at unixstock.com, operated by Unix Stock Ltd.

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The full list is always displayed on the checkout page and in the footer of our website.

2. Currency

All prices on our website and at checkout are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

3. Prices, taxes and fees

Each product is shown at a single price. The final amount you pay — product price, shipping and any applicable taxes — is displayed in full before you confirm your order. No fee is added after checkout.

Import duties and taxes for international orders are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.

4. When you are charged

Your payment method is charged in full when you place the order, because production of your personalized item begins immediately. You receive an order confirmation email with a full receipt.

5. Payment security

Our store runs on Shopify and the entire site, including checkout, is protected with SSL (HTTPS) encryption. Payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

6. Declined payments and failed orders

If your payment is declined, no order is created and no money is taken. Any temporary authorisation hold released by your bank normally clears within 3–7 business days. If you see a charge without an order confirmation, email us at support@unixstock.com and we will check it for you.

7. Refunds
