This website is operated by Unix Stock Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 24-26 Arcadia Avenue, Dephna House #105, London N3 2JU, United Kingdom ("UNIXSTOCK", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting unixstock.com and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or transmit any malicious code through our site. A breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of our services to you.

2. Products

All our products are personalized and made to order. Product photos are illustrations of the design; because each item is printed with the names, photos or text you supply, slight differences in colour, position and size are normal. Screen colours may differ from printed colours. Measurements may vary by 0.5–1 inch due to manual measurement.

You are responsible for the content you upload or type into a personalization field. You confirm that you own the rights to any photo, name, logo or artwork you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy rights, and is not offensive or unlawful. We may refuse and refund any order whose content breaches this clause.

3. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are in US Dollars. The total payable, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is shown before you confirm your order. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraud; in that case we refund you in full. 4. Production, shipping and delivery

Production takes 1–3 business days, after which delivery takes 7–14 business days within the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom and 9–21 business days to other international destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays and customs processing are outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Personalization details may be corrected within 12 hours if production has not started. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind or for details entered incorrectly by the customer. Consumers in the EU and the UK: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods are unaffected.

6. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content are error-free. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics and site content are the property of Unix Stock Ltd or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without our written permission.

8. Your account and personal data

You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information and to keep it up to date. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools, provided "as is". We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Please review their terms before using them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unix Stock Ltd, its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Unix Stock Ltd against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or from content you submit for personalization.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These Terms, together with the policies published on this site, form the entire agreement between you and us.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
