Questions? We've got answers
How does the free preview work?
Upload a photo above and tap See My Free Preview. In about 30 seconds your portrait appears right on this page. Not quite right? Upload another photo – previews are free and unlimited. You only pay when you add it to your cart.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where every face is visible and looking toward the camera. For a family portrait, upload one group photo with everyone in it. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses and photos where faces are very small.
Can I make a portrait of a loved one who has passed away?
Yes. Many families create memorial portraits of a parent, grandparent or child in heaven. Any clear photo of them works, even an older one.
Can I include my pet?
Of course. Dogs, cats and other pets can be painted on their own or together with the family – just make sure they're clearly visible in the photo.
What's the difference between Digital Download and Poster?
Digital Download is a high-resolution file you can print at home or share with family – no shipping needed.
Poster is printed on museum-quality archival paper with fade-resistant inks and shipped to you, with or without a frame.
